Well, today started out pretty good. But then we went out for Father's Day. Here is the run down for today:
Breakfast/Lunch: 2 black bean and cheese taquitos (yes, I know that isn't breakfast food) with a little bit of salsa, 1 Coke and a date stuffed with peanut butter
Snack: 2 small Godiva chocolate caramels (so good!)
Dinner: some chips and salsa, 1 nacho, 1/2 Southwestern eggroll, 2 boneless chicken wings, 2 chocolate chip cookies, 1 Coke
Water count: 2 big glasses
See? I told you dinner was bad... BUT, even though I kind of sucked at dinner, I am really proud of myself for not just snacking all day. When I said I could snack all day, I literally meant it. It took a ton of willpower for me to not keep rummaging through the pantry and just having a little of this and a little of that. I know that I should've made a better choice for dinner, but I still ate just meals today, plus one snack!
As far as exercise - no formal exercise today, but I moved all my stuff from my parents house to my house and then I vacuumed, swept, dusted, cleaned and washed/made the bed at my parents. Which all took about half an hour, and I was up and moving that whole time, which is pretty good.
So, some bad some good. I am impressed with my willpower, but wish I had made a different choice at dinner. I went to the grocery store this morning and got fresh fruit and veggies, yogurt and some chicken for meals this week. And not to sound cheap, but I WILL eat the fruit and veggies because if I let them go bad, then I might as well just throw money away!
The good thing is, I can do better tomorrow. I WILL do better tomorrow.
